All products purchased through Kingdom Technology Partners, LLC are licensed, insured, and registered with warranties under their respective manufacturers. Copies of these warranties should be issued before final release of installations. By company policy, we are required to maintain on file a copy of your product serial numbers and warranty information. If you would like a copy, you may request one from our offices or the manufacturer.
All other products purchased outside of KTP can only be honored if they:
- Are unexpired.
- Come with the original purchase receipt or bill of sale.
- Have original serial numbers and the tape is untampered.
- Comes from a manufacturer/ vendor approved by our company. A full copy of manufactures and vendors are located in our offices and on our website.
If none of the conditions above apply, Kingdom Technology Partners allows clients to use their partnership package. Should a client wish to purchase a partnership package after discovering a defect, a full year’s commitment is required.
