Our Workmanship warranty, as well as the statute of limitations for any claim of damages for defective work, materials, and services, is good one year from substantial completion, defined as the earlier of:
1) the date of final acceptance of the client or
2) the first time the new owner turns on the equipment.
In accordance with good faith and governing laws, all warranties will be disclosed with all your contracts.
