If a problem develops over the warranty period, the owner of business shall notify KTP via ticket request. This can be done through our technical support tab on our website. Additionally, the owner or business can send an email to our offices. This should include the
specific problem of defect of the product item. The owner shall give such notice promptly after first discovering the condition. KTP will begin performing the obligations under this warranty within a reasonable time of receipt of such a request and will diligently pursue these obligations. Should the owner or business have a partnership package with KTP, they will receive rush priority service within 48 hours, to include weekends. For all other customers, repair work will be done during KTP’s normal working hours, except where delay will cause additional damage. Owner also agrees to provide the presence (during the work) of a responsible adult or representative with the authority to approve the repair and sign an acceptance of repair on completion.
There shall be no charge for the costs and expenses of examination or inspection by KTP should at the conclusion of the inspection determine that the cause of the defect meets the terms of what is covered under this warranty. However, if it is deemed at the conclusion of the inspection conducted by KTP that the product meets the conditions of what is not covered in the warranty, the owner or business will receive written and verbal notification of the findings and will be responsible for any accrued fees to include: travel expenses, emergency calls, and service fees.
KTP has sole discretion as between repair or replacement. All efforts shall be made for a reasonable match, and to repair or replace in the event the original item or product is no longer available.
