After the background check, our administrative team pairs our technicians with an engineer mentor. All our engineers hold degrees, certifications, and licenses relevant to their field. All training is conducted in house through a comprehensive on the job training program. Once completed, our engineers certify our technicians. Ongoing training in house and some through online courses are required periodically for technicians to remain proficient in their craft.
