Because of our business model in only providing customizable solutions, returns of products and equipment is near impossible. Therefore, should any returns be made, the product must be defective and have a warranty purchased. Please visit our Warranties page for more information on this subject matter. If no warranty is purchased, the item is not returnable, regardless of the condition. The client will assume responsibility of the item and pay for it in full as agreed in the Statement of Work Contract.
In the event that a product must be exchanged, it must also have a purchased warranty and an approved change request form signed by both KTP and the client. All change requests should be made ahead of time to allow our technicians and engineers check compatibility with the design and current technical systems in place.
