Safety is KTP's biggest priority. In the event of inclement weather, to include but not limited to natural disasters, fire, snow storms, and severe rain, our company will delay or suspend work operations. Should there be a delay, KTP will make every effort to contact our clients within 2 hours before the start time via email or phone. If there is a delay or suspension, KTP will work to reschedule to another available time and the client will not be charged.
KTP's offices are located in Fredrick County, Maryland and will follow their public school system's emergency procedures. KTP will also consider the public school system's emergency procedure near the client's site.
