If your system goes down, and you are protected under our partnership, you’ll receive rush priority and we’ll come within 48 hours, including weekends! Should there be two or more running projects during the same day, the client with a partnership will take precedence over the rest of the clients. If there is a delay to clients who do not have partnerships, KTP will make every effort to contact them via email and phone as soon as possible with an estimated arrival. Should more than two customers have partnership packages with KTP, the partner who has been with our company longer will take seniority, no matter how large or small the project is.
