We'll usually resolve your technical pain points much quicker than most of our competitors. If your system goes down, and you are protected under our partnership,  you’ll receive rush priority and we’ll come within 48 hours, including weekends! Should there be two or more running projects during the same day, the client with a partnership will take precedence over the rest of the clients. If there is a delay to clients who do not have partnerships, KTP will make every effort to contact them via email and phone as soon as possible with an estimated arrival. Should more than two customers have partnership packages with KTP, the partner who has been with our company longer will take seniority, no matter how large or small the project is.


While most companies choose to schedule a day in the weeks to come in, we stock our warehouse and trucks with equipment ready to be used before the next weekend. Our trucks and vans will dispatch to anywhere in the Washington, D.C. area and get your systems up and running in no time.
