NORMAL SERVICE CALLS 


MOST SERVICE CALLS FALL UNDER THIS CATEGORY. WE DO OUR BEST TO RESPOND TO ALL SERVICE REQUESTS WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME PERIOD AND SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY.  MOST SERVICE CALLS REQUIRE LV2.

 

Normal Service Call LV.1 - $250

  • This includes 1 Technician, travel to and from the site**, and 1 hour on-site.

  • Each additional hour is $80.00/hr.

Normal Service Call LV.2 - $450 

  • This includes 2 Technicians, travel to and from the site**, and 1 hour on-site.

  • Each additional hour $160/hr.

 

EMERGENCY/WEEKEND SERVICE CALL


AN EMERGENCY/WEEKEND SERVICE CALL IS WHEN THERE IS A TIME SENSITIVE ISSUE AND WE NEED TO MAKE SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO OUR SCHEDULE TO ACCOMMODATE. GENERALLY, ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE REQUEST OR INVOLVES AN EVENING WILL FALL INTO THIS CATEGORY.

 

Emergency/Weekend Service Call LV.1 - $300

  • This includes 1 Technician, travel to and from the site**, and 1 hour on-site.

  • Each additional hour is $85.00/hr.

 

Emergency/Weekend Service Call LV.2 - $500

  • This includes 2 Technicians, travel to and from the site**, and 1 hour on-site.

  • Each additional hour $170/hr.

 

**Travel is included up to 1 hour or 40 miles (each way) from our main office in Monrovia. Additional travel time will be billed.
